DIY Glue Gun Ethnic Bracelet - Marathon of Glue Gun DIYs - DAY 5

In this video I show how to make bracelet using just hot melt glue sticks for glue gun and iron (WITHOUT a Glue Gun). This is the fifth of seven videos from my DIY Marathon (July 9 – July 15). New video every day – so don’t miss the next ones. πŸ™‚

At first I must say – it is really waterproof (or water resistant) and flexible. Acrylic paint will not crack or wash out. That’s for sure! Give you my word!

I love the ethnic style of this bracelet. And I love it is wide. But you can make it more narrow and paint in any way. πŸ™‚

For this DIY Hot Glue Bracelet you will need:

  • baking paper

  • 3 hot melt glue sticks (diameter 7 mm, length 20 cm)

  • iron (turn it on the maximum temperature)

  • acrylic paint

  • permanent marker

  • candle and an awl (to make holes)

  • ribbon

Few tips:

Make sure the baking paper you use doesn’t stick to the hot glue after it (glue) cool.

When ironing – try to smash the air bubbles in melted glue between two sheets of baking paper.

I used turquoise, white and gold acrylic paints and black permanent marker. But you can change the colors according to your taste πŸ™‚

Love. Create. Discover.
